An online portal creating new wealth for Africa

The e-Africa Commission of NEPAD and the Commonwealth Business Council joined forces to create the African Payment Gateway.

The payment gateway is designed to stimulate and support international transactions by providing African businesses with a secure method of making and receiving international payments.

Too often, African businesses are dependent on third party agents who control the distribution and prices to the consumers, thereby restricting the opportunities of the original manufacturer to create and generate wealth for their own business.

APG provides three new services that will ease this problem and provide a growing number of businesses with new opportunities.
